What paper is used to print your posters?
We use thick (230g/m²) FSC-certified paper from sustainably managed forests.
This paper is also ISO 9706-certified "museum or archive quality", guaranteeing its long-lasting durability.
What inks are used to print your posters?
The inks used are pigmented inks with a lifespan of up to 100 years. What's more, they are highly resistant to UV rays and scratches.
Are your products eco-responsible?
In addition to using FSC-certified sustainable paper, we send our posters in cardboard tubes that are 100% reusable and/or recyclable.
We also offer our customers located close to our workshops the possibility of picking up their products directly from us, to avoid the carbon impact generated by logistics and transport.
Do you produce all your products in Belgium?
All our posters are printed in-house. For more specific products, such as wood printing, we use subcontractors located in Belgium and the Benelux countries.
Do you sell frames with your posters?
We also offer high-quality, FSC-certified frames with our posters. These are sourced and manufactured by one of our suppliers in Europe. See frames
Do you have a physical store?
We don't yet have a physical store, but you can find a wide range of our products at most of our retailers.
Why aren't all your posters and maps available in all formats?
Our maps city and country maps are extremely detailed. However, at a certain scale, these details become unreadable, as they shrink to too small a size and are therefore no longer printable.
Is there a color difference between your site and the poster I ordered?
Indeed, a color difference is quite possible, as monitors use the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) colorimetric system, while printers operate on the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) system.
What's more, a color difference can also be perceived between two different screens, for example between your computer screen and that of your cell phone, where the colors displayed are often not the same, which can lead to noticeable variations in the appearance of images.

How do I place an order?
You can easily place your order via our online store. Our products are printed on demand in our workshop, so they are always available and in stock on our site. Some of our products are also offered for sale by our retailers in their stores.
Can I cancel or change an order?
To modify or cancel an order before it is dispatched, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible, quoting your order reference number. Please note that we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of your order, as these are printed and dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please also note that it is not possible to modify or cancel a personalized order that has already been printed or shipped.
My order is a gift, can you add a personal note?
As part of your order as a gift, you have the option of including a personal note at no extra cost. This option allows you to add a small personalized message to the person you're giving the gift to. Please note that the invoice is never physically included with our products, it is only sent by e-mail to reduce the environmental impact of unnecessary printing.

What are the prices of your posters?
Poster prices are harmonized according to size, with the exception of prints and special, customized editions.
19.95 euros for A3 format (29.7X42cm) 39.95 euros for B2 format (50X70cm) 49.95 euros for B1 format (70X100cm)
NB: Prices include VAT and exclude delivery costs.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery prices vary according to a number of factors, including the country of delivery, delivery to a relay point, home delivery, etc.
Why isn't delivery free?
We'd like to offer you top-quality, handmade posters and posters, carefully printed with the best inks available on premium paper, all at the fairest possible price.
In the interests of customer transparency, we are committed to not misleading our customers, which is why we do not include the price of delivery in the price of our products.
Indeed, we firmly believe that no delivery can be truly free, as it is always included in the overall cost of the product purchased.
This means that customers who wish to collect their purchases directly from our workshop do not have to pay the cost of so-called free delivery.

How do I pay?
Payments are made via the secure Stripe platform, which accepts most maps credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal, or request a bank deposit slip by e-mail.
Do I receive a payment confirmation?
After your purchase, you will receive a payment and order confirmation by email.
If you don't receive it, please contact us. It's probably a small error in your email address. We'll be happy to change it for you.

Can we pick up our poster directly from your workshops?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your products directly in our workshops to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.
We'll send you an e-mail as soon as the products are ready, with opening dates and times.
How does delivery work in Belgium?
Delivery takes between 3 and 10 days.
Delivery can be made either to your home or to a relay point near your home.
What is the delivery procedure for a European or international country?
For shipments outside Belgium, shipping costs will be calculated in your shopping cart according to the destination country.

If your country is not included in the delivery destinations, please contact us and we will find a solution.
N.B.: If customs fees are applicable, they will be charged to the buyer. Please check with the customs authorities of the destination country to find out if any charges apply.
Do you make express deliveries?
Express deliveries are available. Delivery times and prices depend on the carrier chosen and the country of shipment.
You haven't received your parcel?
If you have not received your parcel within a reasonable period of time, please contact us to find a solution, such as a refund or the sending of another copy.
We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
How are maps products packaged?
Our maps and plans are carefully rolled in protective kraft paper before being carefully placed in a shock-resistant, recyclable cardboard tube.

Can I return to your home?
You have a statutory period of 14 calendar days, from receipt of the goods, to return the product to us without justification and at no additional cost, with the exception of delivery costs, which are payable by the consumer.
The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received by the consumer, i.e. new with no signs of wear or damage that would make it unsuitable for subsequent sale.
Once this 14-day period has elapsed, please contact us to discuss the feasibility and terms of return.
Please note: All personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned to us, and are exempt from the 14-day return policy without justification!
If you are not satisfied with the print or the product, please contact us and we will help you solve your problem.
How does the return process work?

My product was damaged during delivery. What should I do?
Has your product been damaged during delivery by the carrier? Don't worry, just contact us within 7 days of delivery, specifying your contact details and order number, and enclosing photos of the damaged packaging and product.
We will find a solution to the problem as quickly as possible.
